Information we collect
When you submit a Product quote request or Contact form, Nexaura may collect information you provide such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, Homeowner or Commercial project context, project timeline, city or service area, and the details you choose to include in your message.
Product quote requests also store the specific Nexaura Product or Variant connected to the request so our team can respond about the correct selection.
Website and attribution information
To understand where an inquiry came from and to operate the website securely, Nexaura may process the landing page, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, browser or device information, IP address, and ordinary server request logs.
This information is used for request attribution, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and website operation. It is not a substitute for information you intentionally provide in a Contact or quote request.
How we use your information
- Respond to Product quote and availability inquiries.
- Respond to questions about residential or commercial projects.
- Record calls, comments, follow-up dates, and Lead status so Nexaura staff can continue a customer conversation.
- Understand which pages or campaigns generated an inquiry.
- Protect the website, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
Lead records and internal access
Contact and quote submissions are stored as private Lead records. They are not intended to be publicly readable from the website.
Authorized Nexaura staff may review the Lead, add internal comments, record calls, schedule follow-ups, and update the Lead's status as part of normal customer service and project follow-up.
Service providers
Nexaura uses technology providers to operate and secure the website. These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.
- Supabase provides database, authentication, and related application infrastructure.
- Cloudflare services may be used for website delivery, security, and Turnstile bot-abuse protection.
- Hosting, domain, and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request logs.
Nexaura does not use this website to process payment-card transactions or create public customer accounts.
Cookies and security technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies when they are necessary for security, session handling, fraud prevention, or reliable website operation.
Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates browser and request signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Nexaura does not ask visitors to solve traditional image CAPTCHAs for these forms.
Data retention
Nexaura retains Lead records and related follow-up history for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, support an active or completed project relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Retention periods may differ depending on whether an inquiry becomes an active customer project.
Your choices
You may contact Nexaura to ask about personal information you submitted through the website, to request a correction, or to request deletion when appropriate and legally permitted.
Requests may require reasonable verification before Nexaura changes or deletes a Lead record.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for people seeking building materials, project guidance, and related business services. It is not directed to children under 13, and Nexaura does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the Contact or Product quote forms.
Changes to this policy
Nexaura may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the version currently posted.
