Nexaura provides information about building materials, Products, services, showroom availability, and project support for residential and commercial customers.

The website is informational and inquiry-based. It is not an ecommerce checkout, and submitting a Contact or Product quote request does not by itself create a sale, purchase order, installation agreement, or other binding contract.

Nexaura works to present Product names, specifications, images, technical documents, manufacturer information, and other details accurately. Product information may be supplied by manufacturers or other third parties and may change without notice.

Before ordering or installing a Product, customers and installers should confirm critical specifications, dimensions, quantities, substrate requirements, intended application, compatibility, care instructions, and current manufacturer guidance.

Digital images are useful for Product discovery but cannot guarantee an exact representation of color, texture, veining, shade, pattern, gloss, or other material characteristics on every screen.

Natural materials and many manufactured surfaces may also vary between samples, lots, batches, cartons, slabs, or individual pieces. Customers should review appropriate physical samples or actual material when appearance is important to the project.

A website quote request is a request for Nexaura to follow up. Pricing, freight, taxes, quantities, lead times, inventory, manufacturer availability, installation scope, and other commercial terms are not final until confirmed in the applicable written quote, order, invoice, or agreement.

Product availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted. If a written Nexaura quote or agreement conflicts with general website content, the written quote or agreement controls for that transaction.

Website content and general project guidance are not a substitute for field measurements, site inspection, engineering, architectural advice, licensed-trade advice, manufacturer instructions, or applicable building codes.

Customers, contractors, designers, and installers remain responsible for confirming site conditions and whether a Product is appropriate for the intended installation unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to Nexaura.

Technical PDFs, manufacturer literature, brand names, trademarks, Product specifications, and linked third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

Nexaura may make such materials available for convenience but does not control every third-party website or document. Manufacturer-issued instructions and warranty documents should be reviewed in their current form before use.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Admin, database, storage, or infrastructure systems.
• Do not submit malicious code, automated abuse, fraudulent inquiries, or intentionally false information.
• Do not interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation.
• Do not copy or use Nexaura branding or original website content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.

The Nexaura name, site design, original copy, graphics, and other Nexaura-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Manufacturer logos, Product names, photographs, technical literature, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Nexaura may update, correct, suspend, reorganize, or remove website content or functionality when needed. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside Nexaura's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and Nexaura does not guarantee that every website description, image, document, or availability statement will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexaura is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any separate written sales, project, or service agreement may contain its own governing terms.

Nexaura may update these Terms as the website or business changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the version currently posted.
